JAMB Activates Portal for Course and Institution Changes, Begins UTME Result Printing

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has opened its portal for candidates who want to change their chosen course or institution after sitting for the 2026 UTME.


This update was made known in a statement by the Board’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, who confirmed that the process is now available.


He explained that candidates interested in making changes should visit any approved Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre across the country. JAMB emphasized that only its accredited centres are allowed to handle such requests.


The Board noted that this option gives candidates the chance to adjust their choices, especially after reviewing their examination results.


In addition, JAMB announced that candidates can now begin printing their original 2026 UTME result slips from Monday, May 18, 2026. The result slip is an important document needed during admission screening.
